How can students get mail that was already delivered or will be delivered to them on campus?

Mail Services suspended services when the campus closed for Hurricane Helene on September 25. Since Thursday, October 3, 2024, all packages that were held by any carriers were returned to sender.

Limited mail services resumed October 15 for USPS (letters, postcards, large envelopes). Mail Services has reported delays in local mail operations due to the effects of Hurricane Milton. No other carriers (Amazon, UPS, FedEx, etc.) are delivering mail to campus at this time.

Offices that receive mail critical to college operations will be notified of those items so a designee may pick them up from campus.

Students who receive First-Class Mail to campus after October 3 will not be able to access their mail until campus reopens. This mail (and any mailed delivered prior to September 25) will remain on campus until the campus reopens. Students that receive an absentee ballot will be informed via email how to retrieve that item prior to the reopening of campus.
